Yin Yoga & Meditation at New England Botanic Garden

Take time to do yin yoga at the New England Botanic Garden on January 27 from 9:30 to 10:45am.

Yin yoga is a style of yoga where postures are held for a longer period of time. The class will cover reducing physical tension in the body, “work out” the connective tissue, alleviate stress, build emotional awareness, and restore energy levels. The class will end with a meditation session.

Lisa Moore will be the instructor. She is certified from Central Mass Yoga in West Boylston and in Yoga Warriors International.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, two blocks, and bolster or pillow.

Tickets are $15 for members and $22 for nonmembers.
