Groton Hill Flute Orchestra: Season Finale

Groton Hill Music Center’s Flute Orchestra will have its final performance of the season on Sunday, June 2 at 3:00pm.

Director Nicole O’Toole leads this outstanding 21-member ensemble in classical and contemporary works arranged or written for flutes. Travel the world through music, from city centers to mountains and rivers, the Italian countryside, and a Japanese village. Featured composers include Joplin, Gershwin, Higdon, Coleman, Mascagni, and Offermans, as well as the world premiere of a newly commissioned piece by Alexa Letourneau.
