Family Weekend at Winchendon Community Park

Enjoy a weekend of community and family-bonding at Winchendon Community Park on September 16 10:00-7:30 and September 17 1:00-5:00!

Family Weekend at Winchendon Community Park will kick off at 10:00a on Saturday with Winchendon Wheels. Decorate your bike or any “wheels” you have and join in the community bike parade. Afterwards, you can try your hand at the Wheels Course, ride through the Wheels Wash, or join in on the paperboy game! There will be an all-purpose bakery serving food until 2:00. Starting at dusk there will be a showing of The Parent Trap, with concessions for sale.

On Sunday, teams of 3 or more can sign up for the Family Olympics at 1:00. Join forces with parents, sons, daughters, siblings, cousins, or any other relative you can find to compete in 8-12 games. Don’t forget to have fun creating fun team names and shirts to wear while competing! Fire Up 4 Pizza will be on-site selling pizza for the duration of this event.
