Ebenezer Scrooge: A Christmas Carol

Join New Life Fine Arts at the Groton Dunstable Performing Arts Center for this original musical adaptation of the redemptive Dickens classic, Dec 8, 9, 15, and 16 at 7:30pm, with matinee performances Dec 9, 10, 16, and 17 at 2:30pm.

This original musical adaptation weaves Dickens’ original story together with another 19th century Christmas classic, the carol “Oh Little Town of Bethlehem” written by clergyman Phillips Brooks. The juxtaposition of both stories sheds a new light on Scrooge’s reactions to his wounded past, his spiritually-impoverished present, and the warning of his desolate future if he fails to find a change of heart.
