Join Us For The Rollstone Hill “Rock Walk” in Downtown Fitchburg on October 21st from 10:00am-1:00pm.
The Rollstone Hill “Rock Walk” an extraordinarily scenic, two mile narrated and historical walk from Fitchburg’s Upper Common, to the summit of Rollstone Hill.
The story and history of the Rollstone Boulder, the quarries, and several other interesting sites along the way will be explored, and the historical and cultural influence they had on our city will be discussed.
The walk begins and ends at the Boulder Art Gallery. Wear comfortable walking shoes, bring water, a friend, and don’t forget your camera!
