Yoga on the Trails at Wachusett Meadow

Certified yoga instructor Jen Songer leads Yoga on the Trails March 19 and April 2  at Mass Aububon Wachusett Meadow. This seasonal walk at Wachusett Meadow begins with some gentle standing yoga and then heads out to explore the trails, pausing along the way to incorporate meditation and yoga practices. Warm up with hot chocolate after your walk. Modifications will be offered to accommodate all levels.
