Wine & Food Pairing Experience

Wine Educator Missa Capozzo (CSW, WSET3, FWS) leads a guided wine and food pairing featuring food from Smith’s Country Cheese and ORSC’s own dessert and hors d’oeuvres, Saturday, Feb. 4 at the Otter River Sportsman’s Club in Templeton.
You will be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a seated, guided presentation of 4 wines and 4 cheeses provided by Smith’s Country Cheese, ending with a final wine and dessert. During this fun and educational event, you will learn the fundamentals of wine and food pairing to enhance your everyday dining experiences.
