A Taste of Art with Watercolors at the Gardner Museum

A Taste of Art, Sept. 15, 7 pm Award-winning local artist Kathryn Swantee, will explain and demonstrate watercolor uses, techniques and skills, and give an overview of color theory and composition, at the Gardner Museum in Gardner.

Ms. Swantee is a children’s book illustrator, teacher, and graduate of The School of the Worcester Art Museum, has worked in a variety of fields and mediums including graphic design, stencil & upholstery fabric design, photo restoration, matting & framing and murals in acrylic. She is best known for her watercolors and has taught this medium for more than 30 years.

All events run from 7-8 pm after a museum-hosted reception from 6:30-7pm

RESERVATION is required for every event. Admission for non-member adults is $3
