Read Plays with the Stratton Players at Leominster Library

The Stratton Players invite members of the public who enjoy reading, and enjoy theatre to partake of an informal group that reviews and reads aloud scenes from comedies and dramas for possible recommendation for production. Stratton Players chair Sally Cragin. explains that this is like a book club, in that it’s convivial and friendly, and those who wish to ‘portray a character’ are welcome to take a part. Or just sit and listen and tell us what you think of what you hear! Plays will range from scenes from Shakespeare, to modern classics, to contemporary work.
