Air Painting and Photography at Cathedral of the Pines

Cathedral of the Pines welcomes artists to paint and photograph their beautiful and scenic grounds from 9-7pm, with a sale of artwork open to the public 5-6pm.

Participating artists must join either the morning session (9:00am-12:00pm), or the afternoon session (1:00pm-4:00pm), or both if they wish, to paint or photograph the beautiful Cathedral of the Pines grounds. A luncheon will be provided for all participating artists from 12:00-1:00. Artists will dry, frame, and prepare their work for sale between 4:00 and 5:00, and must bring easels to display their own work for public viewing. Participating artists may also bring two extra paintings or photographs prepared in advance for the sale. Cathedral of the Pines will receive 25% of all sales.

5:00pm: The public will be welcomed for a viewing of the artwork, and the artwork will be for sale. Wine and cheese will be served during the public viewing.

6:00pm: Alan Rumrill of the Cheshire Historical Society will present his talk, “The Mountain as Muse”.

Participating artists must download the registration form and mail it in with the registration fee of $30. The mailing address is 10 Hale Hill Rd., Rindge, NH  03461.

Artists should stick to the theme of the Cathedral grounds, garden views, or Mt. Monadnock.
