Director Jerry Sabatini leads an afternoon of Samba, Bossa Nova, Cha Cha, Afro Cuban, and swingin’ Big Band beats as we celebrate songs that bring the heat of the sun and the cool of the shade! From its earliest roots, Jazz music has drawn from the infectious rhythms and musical forms of South America, the Caribbean, and Africa to define a style of music known as Latin Jazz.

Get a jump on the summer and imagine yourself listening to a beautiful Bossa Nova on a beach in Brazil or dancing in the streets to musicians playing in a Cuban marketplace.
