Gardner Centennial Parade

Celebrate the city of Gardner’s 100th birthday with a parade in the historic Gardner downtown at 1:00pm on September 17!
We welcome friends and family to join us for our Centennial Parade, Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 1pm.
Be sure to join us afterward for a special field show with the UMass Amherst Marching Band! Details to come!
The parade will kick-off from the former Elm Street School (now Gardner Academy) and travel down Central Street to Parker Street through downtown and eventually end at Waterford Street School. More parade and route details to come! Stay tuned.
If your group, business, or organization is interested in participating in the parade contact gardner100@gardner-ma.gov for information on how to march/ride/float. *A space reservation fee may apply. Plenty of space left!
