Oktoberfest at the Gardner Ale House

The Gardner Ale House hosts a magnificent “Party in the Street” Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 28, 11:00am – 8:00pm.

Come enjoy traditional German food such as sausages, sauerkraut, potato salad, and soft pretzels, or more typical festival fare of italian sausages, hotdogs, hamburgers, and pizza. Authentic German folk band Hofbrahaus Bavarians will be performing, as well as a number of local bands (the full line-up is yet to be announced).

There will be lawn games and kids’ activities, as well as a Chair Luge event organized by the Gardner Festival Committee! There will also be men’s and women’s Steinholding Competitions.

This fun festival grows bigger every year, and has grown big enough to close off the whole street! Many Downtown Gardner shops are getting in on the action, making this a great day to do some shopping as well!
