Summer’s Plein Air Gathering and Luncheon

Gardner Area League of Artists (GALA) is hosting a Plein Air event at Mel Haughton’s Farmstead in Phillipston on July 29 9:00a-5:00p.

“Plein Air” painting is all about leaving the four walls of a studio behind and experiencing painting and drawing in the landscape. GALA invites local artists to come imerse yourselves in Mel’s beautiful farmstead surrounded by flowers, a barn, antique car and truck, a cabin with a view of the New Hampshire mountains, a pond across the road, and an old cemetery on the outskirts of the land.

A country lunch will also be served to all those who RSVP
