Triathlon with Horse Riding Planned in Athol

New England Equestrian Center of Athol (NEECA) and Athol YMCA are happy to host this year’s NEECA Triathlon at NEECA!
Teams will consist of a Bicyclist/Jogger/Equestrian. Each team member will compete in one leg of a 3 part competition. Team with the lowest combined time will be the winner. Equestrians will ride on trail & dirt roads within NEECA. Bicyclists & Joggers/Walkers will be on quiet dirt and pave roads that abut NEECA. Mountain or Hybrid bikes are strongly recommended. Equestrians are allowed to have a “buddy” rider with them. No cantering/galloping allowed for safety reasons. There will be a maximum of 30 teams allowed

Cost is $30/per person—$90 per team

The emphasis of this Triathlon is FUN and SAFETY. It is not intended to be a super competitive event.
