Artist Reception for Exhibit by Mark Lore at the Gardner Museum

Meet artist Mark Lore at the opening reception to his latest exhibit at the Gardner Museum, March 10, 1:00-4:00pm.

Mark Lore, a local contemporary landscape painter and retired fine arts educator, will be available for a meet and greet at the opening of his exhibit: Expressionist Landscapes- The First 50 Years. This exhibit offers a look into the past, present, and future of Lore’s artistic journey, and demonstrates his strong connection to the natural beauty and seasonal changes in and around our beloved Montachusett Region. Mark Lore works in both oil paints and acrylics, and has participated in many local and regional exhibits all over New England. His work features in both public and private collections across the US and in Canada.

Live music will be provided at the reception by Lore’s former teaching colleague and long-time friend, Walden Witham. Light refreshments will be served.

The exhibit will run until May 26.
