Tara Sellios: Ask Now the Beasts at Fitchburg Art Museum

Boston-based artist Tara Sellios’ exhibit Ask Now the Beasts comes to the Fitchburg Art Museum on January 18 and will remain through the end of the year.

These photographs capture the still lives Sellios crafts from organic materials. They are inspired by Christian devotionals and Dutch historic still lives. It considers the circle of life, with intertwined symbols of life and death. The opening celebration is on February 8 from 2-4 PM.

Regular museum hours run Wednesday through Friday 12:00-4:00, Saturday and Sunday 11:00-5:00, and 12:00-7:00 on the first Thursday of each month.
