Energy Healing Sound Bath at New England Botanic Garden

Experience sound healing–“bathing” in sounds and vibrations produced by different instruments–at the New England Botanic Garden in Boylston on January 17 from 9:00 to 10:00am.

Brandy Lefsyk brings her knowledge as a reiki energy healer and a yoga and meditation teacher to the garden. Her specialization in sound baths will help you reduce stress and anxiety in addition to physical benefits like reduced pain and better sleep.

During the sound bath, the brain’s state is altered from normal waking state to a relaxed state, almost like sleep. The heart rate and blood pressure decreases, and breathing becomes deeper. In this state, deep healing can occur.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or cushion.

Tickets are $30 for members and $40 for nonmembers.
